• Account information — company name, owner name, email address, and billing details provided at signup
• User credentials — usernames and PINs for all users under your account
• Inspection data — inspection records, scores, employee names, customer names, addresses, notes, and photos you submit through the Service
• Employee data — names, performance scores, and status (active/terminated) of employees you add to your account
• Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including login activity and feature usage

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails such as welcome messages and billing notifications
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Inspection photos are stored in Supabase Storage and automatically deleted after 30 days. All other data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate QualyCheck:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Netlify — hosting and serverless functions
• Resend — transactional email delivery

5. Employee Data and Your Responsibilities

When you use QualyCheck to track employee performance, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws. You should inform your employees that their work performance is being tracked and documented through the Service.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about your account
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your inspection data

8. Cookies

QualyCheck uses session storage (not cookies) to maintain your login state within the app. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
